About the role
Lead customer onboarding for Damsy ERP. Run discovery workshops, configure modules, guide data migration, train HR and accounts users, and support the first payroll and billing cycles after go-live — especially for security, FM, and multi-site service companies.
What we look for
- 2+ years in ERP/HRMS implementation, business analysis, or similar roles
- Working knowledge of Indian payroll concepts (PF, ESI) and GST billing basics
- Confidence facilitating training sessions for non-technical users
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site go-lives
