Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@damsyerp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Service continues until the end of the billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be issued within the first 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
• Enterprise plans: Refund terms are specified in your service agreement.

Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. Contact support for data export assistance.
